The Men's Ministry provides food, clothing, shelter, and spiritual support to the homeless and jobless. Completely full, it can house 100 men seeking shelter. Women's Ministry: Jay and Eloise Troxel Family Life Center for women and women with children. The Troxel Family Life Center operates as a transitional facility which assists victims of domestic violence, homelessness, and destructive lifestyles. The Facility is equipped with a transitional dorm, bedrooms for residents, houseparent quarters, counselor offices, classrooms, and workout room. There is also a full kitchen, dining room facility and a 120 seat chapel. Lighthouse also offers Non-medical rehabilitation to residents and non-residents

Families come to the Refuge House when they have no other safe housing option. Shelter can be provided for 50 women and children for up to 45 days, as well as a new transitional housing wing which can house 20 women and children. While in shelter, residents participate in counseling, support groups and case management. Special activities are designed to help children begin the process of recovering from violence. Families in shelter are provided with emergency foods, linens, and other household items. Donations of these supplies are always welcome.
